Using either mouse right button, or trackpad with modifier does not result in
contextual menu popup for actions such as "Save Image as..." "Save target link
as..." and so on. This is on a powerbook running 10.3.5

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any pages with images and links
2. Click and hold on the link, or use right-button
3. Nothing

Actual Results:  
No contextual menu appears

Expected Results:  
Displayed contextual menu
