If you are on a page with no scroll bars (i.e. the google homepage) then press the mouse wheel the four way scrolling icon appears. It doesn't do anything as there's nothing to scroll. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to a web-site with no scroll bars (e.g. http://www.google.com) 2. Press the mouse wheel button. Actual Results: The four way scroll icon appears Expected Results: Nothing
