Mozilla Thunderbird MacOSX Nightly build 2004-10-19 and 2004-10-20

Attempt to pick "Account Settings" from the "Tools" menu. A yellow erro box
appears saying:

  XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
  Location: chrome://messenger/content/AccountManager.xul
  Line Number 10, Column 16:

          style="&macAccountManager.size;"
  ---------------^

due to the name "macAccountManager" in the error message, I would assume this is
Mac-specific
trunk or branch builds?
turns out this was on the trunk.

Re-opening. Yes, this was with trunk builds, and it is still happening with the
20041025 nightly trunk build.

I am getting a parsing error on startup. It won't let me even start the program.
Is this part of this bug, or should I file a new one?
