The Message Filter "Run selected filters on" dialog box needs a "All" option. 
Currently, you can't choose to run a filter on all folders in an account.  You
can only choose one folder at a time.  

In addition to having an "All" option, it would be nice to be able to run a
filter on more than one specific folder without having to create a new filter
for that folder.
