TB version 0.8 (20041011)
If a secondary window (Compose, Read, etc) is open, and the main window is
closed, there is no way to bring the main window back up.  You must first close
the secondary window, then completely restart the app to get back to the main
window.
TB is assuming it is already open, so it does not launch the main window.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Thunderbird
2. Double click an email to open it in a secondary window.
3. Close the main window.
4. Double click the main TB icon on your desktop or start menu to bring back the
main window.

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
The main window should open up.  Either that, or there should be a way to bring
back the main window from a secondary window.
