I have installed and selectioned mozilla suite as mail application but i prefer
to navigate with firefox, when I try to send a message it opens Outlook express
instead of Mozilla Mail. The mail client is for sure selected in internet
options inside control panel.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install ans select as default a diferent mail application.
2. Open firefox
3. Press Ctrl-M

Actual Results:  
Opens Outlook express

Expected Results:  
To open mozilla mail instead of outlook

What program launchs if you type in "mailto:" and press OK in:
/start menu/Run...
