Print Active Calendars, after selecting the options of what kind of calendar you
whant (month view, week view , etc) and selecting ok, if you don't have a printer
firefox and calendar will crash.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Calendar
2.Select Print Active Calendars
3.Place a title
4.Press Ok.

Actual Results:
Crashed firefox and calendar

Expected Results:
Opened the printer dialog or displaying a printer not found error.
can reproduce with:

FF v1.0 PR; Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001
Firefox/0.10.1 + 2004091012-cal

in my case both FF and MozCal "not responding" rather than a crash

Suggest Expected Results as per original report or sanity check for printer
before attempting to print.
my CONFIRM permission is still not working, could someone mark this as
CONFIRMED, please.
I've reproduced this on Mozilla 1.7.5, and I *do* have a printer installed.

Reporter,
We've done a lot of work with printing lately, and have also enabled Talkback in Sunbird to capture useful information in the event of a crash. Could you please try to replicate this bug using a recently nightly version of Sunbird?

Thanks
