If too many tabs are opened, a loading signal tab overlaps red X and renders the
red 
X's useless.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Middle Click on all of the links on any web page
2. Fill it to the surplus
3. Red X no longer works; tab is focused when you click on X

X no longer works

Close tab you were focused on

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Middle Click on all of the links on any web page
2. Fill it to the surplus (tabs are getting narrower and narrower until they
appear to be even behind the red X button. If try refreshing the tab that is
behind the red X you can see the Refresh moving circle on top of the X button.
While te page is reloading pressing the red X button is useless.)
3. Red X no longer works; tab is focused when you click on X
