Mozilla M 13 fails to display PHP popups, render links on some buttons, and
reset roll-over on said buttons.
This document uses document.layers in javascript, which will not be implemented
in Mozilla, as is remarked in
http://www.mozilla.org/newlayout/bugathon.html#layerbugs
