I can customize toolbar settings (icon size, show text etc.). After quit and
then start Thunderbird the settings are the Thunderbird defaults.
This is TB 0.8 (en) on Mac OS-X 10.3.5 (de).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.customize tollbar
2.quit TB
3.start TB, see toolbar

Actual Results:  
toolbat not customized

Expected Results:  
toolbar shoult be customized

It is in TB 1.0 too ...
