The cursor can't be moved through a smiley using arrow keys on the keyboard.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.insert a smiley in the text
2.position the cursor before or after the smiley
3.press the right or left arrow key

Actual Results:  
The cursor didn't move

Expected Results:  
The cursor should have moved
