The searchbar pops up when pressing the ' key, sometimes even within forms and
textareas. This behavior isn't expected or useful when participating in
discussion forums.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox on a Linux machine (untested on Windows)
2. press the key for '
Actual Results:  
The searchbar popped up

Expected Results:  
Ignore the keypress
