One of the lines at the Bookmarks->Quick Searches is not parsed correctly. The
line is "I'm Feeling Lucky Quicksearch".

I've seen similar parsing problems in HTML pages too.

Steps to Reproduce:

Expected Results:  
' in the line should be rendered into some character, or if the character is
not available, into an empty square  character or some other standard notation.
The reader is never (unless he is a programmer...) interested in such escaped
notations inside the text.

Shouldn't this have been fixed by Bug 246419 (or rather Bug 253478, since the
checkin was included there)?
