Need to fix win32 l10n builds on chroma so the xpi files are compressed with 7zip rather than the raw uncompressed files.
Blocks: 259605
installed 7zip on chroma, added MOZ_INSTALLER_USE_7ZIP to tinder-config.pl, restarted. we'll see what happens in a few hours.

Erm... the zip compression was turned-off long ago to improve performance and footprint. Why are you trying to undo this now ?
Roland, you're confused, this is the installer compression, not the compression level of the chrome JAR files.
my bad, I was talking about the installers, not the xpi files. this is fixed. 7zip compressed installers are now in the latest-0.9-l10n directory.
