If in the 'Bookmarks Manager', we have selected View->Sorted By Name or whatever
other sort, this should also be reflected in the Bookmarks Menu.  Instead, the
Bookmarks Menu always shows the unsorted list of bookmarks.

Confirmed, but don't have privledges to change status.

Note, this only affects changes in sort order made within Bookmarks Manager. 
You can still use Sort By Name context menu on folder in Bookmarks menu or on
the Bookmarks Toolbar directly.

That is not a permanent sorting function.  Its a "View bookmarks sorted in this
manner" function, hence why its in a "View" menu.

I don't feel like finding the original to dupe this to.  We really hate this UI
and want to kill it for 1.5.
