The download manager downloads files to the home directory (/home/<username>)
even if Desktop destination is selected.

It should download to the /home/<username>/Desktop directory.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check in Edit->Preferences->Downloads->Save all files to this folder: Desktop
2. Open the download manager. It says "All files downloaded to: Desktop"
3. Try to download a file

Actual Results:  
The file has been downloaded to /home/<username>

Expected Results:  
It should have been downloaded to /home/<username>/Desktop

P.S.: Even clicking on the Show folder or on "All files downloaded to: Desktop"
opens up /home/<username>
