Details

1) Go here http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/welcome/
2) Click 'Install Missing Plugins'
3) Make sure only shockwave is selected
4) Click Next, Check 'I agree' and then next
5) Plugin manager says "Plugin not available" must manually install

Using branch zip nightly...bug been present for past months
bug 262727 comment 6 seems to say that's the way it has to be for licensing reasons.
This is not a bug, that is how the foundation has to distribute it currently.
