Print Screen key used to capture a screen in Windows 2k and XP.  Clipboard contents are pasted into 
other applications fine but cannot be pasted into a mail composition window (Body) in Mozilla.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Capture Screen using Print Screen in WIn2k or XP
2. Open Mozilla compose window put cursor in body of message area
3. Use Edit/Paste, Right Click/Paste or Control V clipboard contents will not be pasted.


Expected Results:  
Clipboard contents (Screen Capture) should appear in the message body.
