Seen using today's nightly, version 0.8 (20041021) and IMAP. STR: 1. Go to File | New | Saved Search 2. Name your Virtual Folder. 3. Select one of your IMAP folders as a subfolder. Click OK. 4. I get an error dialog that says something like 'That folder already exists" 5. I cursor back to the dropdown to change the location to my primary mail account. 6. Crash Talkback: http://talkback-reports.mozilla.org/talkback/quicksearch.jsp?search=2&type=iid&id=1444813

unfortunately there are no talkback symbols for the Mac in todays build so I can't get a stack trace.

Am seeing this as well with similar steps but by using a POP3 account with Global folders. I'll try it again once we get a build with talkback.

looks like talkback symbols are working again in case someone triggers this crash again.

Not able to reproduce now on the Mac using version 0.8+ (20041101). I believe when I crashed I might have been selecting "Inbox" - now I see that it is greyed out and not selectable. If I selected my primary account as the "parent", it eventually does create the Virtual Folder under my main account.

Checking this under Windows -- I tried saving the "People I Know" MailView as a subfolder of a subfolder with its default name: Inbox/sub/Inbox-People I Know The folder appeared, but came up empty (unlike the view itself). When I tried to delete it, using the <del> key, there was no response. I then right-clicked it and selected Delete, got a confirmation dialog, said Yes, but the folder continued to show in the tree. On restarting Mozilla, it was gone. TB 0.9, Win2K.
