Menu selections displayed at page (www.mamiya.com)left are missing but appear
and operate correctly with IE. No way to navigate the site without the menu
selections.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log on to the page with Firefox
2. Log on to the page with IE

Actual Results:  
Compared results indicate fully operational page under IE, missing navigation
menus under Firefox.

Expected Results:  
Display of navigational menus should have appeared.
Error: document.divMenu0 has no properties

So do we want to support this IE-ism?  We already map things by id in cases like
this, but only for embed, img, object, and applet.  I'm not sure why we're
limiting to those only...
