When the junk filter incorrectly marks a message as junk one can delete this tag
hoping that Mozilla will do better the next time. Unfortunately the message is
_not_ returned automatically to the inbox where it belongs, this has to be done
manually. I suggest incorporating an automatic return to the inbox in such cases.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the junk directory and find a 'welcome' message there
2. remove the 'junk' tag under the corresponding heading for this message
3. look for this message

Actual Results:
The message is still in the junk directory and cannot be found in the inbox.

Expected Results:
The message concerned should be moved - not copied - to the inbox.
