Some themes give the ability to use subthemes editing userchrome.css.
It will be really useful to have a GUI for each theme which can be loaded from
theme manager, where the theme can set it's options
Each theme should define the XUL pages for editing options.

Expected Results:  
When the user press a "Options" buttons (like in extension manager) a GUI is
displayed to change theme options.
This has been asked in forums recently too. confirming.
