I was printing the article using FireFox 1.0PR on WinXP. Every page printed fine
except the one above. It stalled for 3 minutes "preparing" and then I killed it
after Task Mananer stated that it was not responding. Reproduced the problem 4
times. I then used Mozilla on SUN and the other pages printed fine, like
FireFox, but this one specific page "Getting Connected" took almost 1 minute to
print.
For both browsers, the other pages print in less than ten seconds.
This is NOT the first time I have had problems printing from this particular web
site using the different versions of Mozilla software.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to www.pcmag.com
2.Select article on Do-It-Yourself DVR, then "Getting Connected"
3.Try printing and compare to other pages in the article.
Actual Results:
FireFox 1.0PR WinXP locks up.
Mozilla 1.6 Solaris takes some extra time to print.
In another PC Mag article, this happened with my Moz 1.7 for XP.
Expected Results:
Printed quickly.

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01".
This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.
If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
