Generating a multidiff when querying multipole repositories assumes we're
thinking about the "default" repository (via CVSROOT). Slightly related to bug
265644 where I started ripping CVS_ROOT out of cvsquery.cgi, but not entirely.

Chris, can you let me know your thoughts on this?

I think you should consolidate the bugs and make a single patch to add support
for multiple repositories.  Bug 210671 might be related, though it appears to
use nested repositories not just multiples.

Well, we do have `support' for multiple repositories -- it's just missing in
cvsquery.cgi and multidiff :-) I thought you would appreciate smaller patches,
though.

Bonsai was decommissioned, closing all remaining bugs "wontfix"
