Please make sure the whitespaces and linefeeds for all the files match the en-US
version. Otherwise it will be very hard to keep them in sync.
Example:
<!ENTITY calendar.label "Calendari"> in prefs.dtd should be:
<!ENTITY calendar.label             "Calendari">

I will do, but I do not understand why is it necessary? A Perl script could
check regardless of the spaces before.

Also added to the dist. The next xpi and the next sunbird will ship with the
ca-AD files.
