Shut down computer improperly, lost all of bookmarks

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bookmark a page 
2. Exit Firefox (w/o Bookmark or Mozilla Backup)
3. Shut down improperly

Actual Results:  
Lost all of bookmarks

Expected Results:  
Not deleted bookmarks
