found using recent aviary1.0 builds.

1. open Help.
2. in the Index (or run a Search), click on the Plug-ins link.
3. at the end of the Plug-ins section the "Browser Plug-ins Page" loads an old
page at the Netscape site (http://channels.netscape.com/ns/browsers/plugins.jsp).

since the Bookmarks and Help menu items documenting plug-ins have been removed
from Firefox (afaict), it'd be a good idea to update this link to a more up to
date page, such as http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/ (or will that info be moved to
u.m.o.?)

Bug 258955 wants to create a listing of available plugins on u.m.o, but that's
not happening in the near future.

Let's just remove the whole sentence.

actually, Asa just showed me the link from the plugin finder wizard, which
currently goes to a placeholder on u.m.o.  so I'll let bug 258955 track that.
(invalidating this one, since I recently found bug 257402 comment 5.)
