Script error causing page to become non-responsive. Do you want to remove script?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Clicking on the link on startup menu
2.Error Message appears
3.I click ok to remove script and browser opens

Actual Results:  
Browser opens

Expected Results:  
There should not be an error message and my browser should appear as I want it.
