Curson/selection movement routine should make sure that the item it moves to will be moved into the visible part of the window Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Get a few extensions installed 2. Click Tools/Extensions. 3. Resize the Extensions window so that some of the extensions do not fit 4. Select one extension 5. Press Down Arrow until the selection moves outside the visible window.

Damn, spent 15 minutes looking for the bug, but used arrow and cursor instead of scrolling. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 247065 ***
