When viewing an .swf (or any other flash) file in its own tab, pressing F11 does
not put the page into full screen mode. If you go into full screen mode using
the view menu, getting out of full screen mode is not possible since the menus
are not visible. If a page was previously viewed in that tab, the keyboard
shortcut or Mouse Button 4 can be used to go back, but if the .swf file is the
only thing viewed in that tab, the only way to get out of the page is Alt+F4.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. View an .swf file in its own tab.
2. Use the View menu to put the browser into Full Screen mode.
3. Hit F11.

Actual Results:
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:
It should have gone back to normal mode out of full screen mode.
Tried on Windows ME. Works fine.
