Firefox, unlike any other program I can think of, makes you set your printing
settings anew every time you print, even if you're printing the same page again,
or are in the same tab, same window, same browsing session, etc.
Essentially, none of the print settings are ever temporarily stored.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Print a document and choose custom print settings (whether Print Range radio
button or printer-specific settings in the Properties popup). 
2. Try printing the same document again.
Actual Results:  
All the print settings were reverted, as if you never set them.

Expected Results:  
Remembered the printing settings, at least for that document, tab, or window.
