Steps to Reproduce:
1. load URL
2. see bottom frame shifted and have only partly background
3. don't see marquee
4. compare with IE6
Actual Results:  
1. bottom frame shifts; centeres between left window and right scrollbar
2. it has only partly background
3. there is no marquee

Expected Results:  
shown marquee
center bottom window between left and richthand windowsides, ignoring scrollbar
width.
shown background for whole extended frame

but otherwise I don't see any major issues, certainly nowhere near what was reported here. WORKSFORME, as far as I'm concerned.
