I don't understand the JavaScript fully, but i think it has something to do with
window.RESIZE event causing the popupblocker bar to appear / dissapear.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.goto http://www.rtl2.de
2.click "Movie" in the navigation bar
3.experience the problem...

Actual Results:  
The error occurs, you are unable to navigate because of the resizing.

Expected Results:  
maybe notify the user in the status bar, so that the client area is not affected....
Works for me with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.3)
Gecko/20041023 Firefox/1.0 - the resize/reblock loops have been fixed in nightly
builds for a while. Please reopen if you still see it with a current nightly.
