When you close the main window and try to access a bookmark from the bookmarks
menu, you are not taken to the site.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. Close main browsing window
3. Click any bookmark from your bookmarks menu

Actual Results:  
Nothing.  The window did not open and I was not able to go to the desired site.

Expected Results:  
It should have opened a new browser window and taken me to the site I requested.
