on os x, command(apple)-q keyboard shortcut for exiting an application.  when
doing so on firefox, firefox needs to intercept and warn the user if multiple
tabs are open

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open firefox on mac os x
2. open multipe tabs in the firefox browser
3. press command-q

Actual Results:  
quits without confirming with user open tabs

Expected Results:  
confirm with user
