Seen on Firefox Windows build 2004-10-25-07-0.9

-clean install
-In the installation complete dialog, select Use Firefox homepage as the start page.
-Launch

tested results:
the browser opens with a blank page.  check Tools | Options | General | Homepage
| Locations(s): it's blank
-in the browser, click on the homepage button. The Firefox homepage is loaded.

expected results: On launch the Firefox homepage should load and be set as the
default homepage in Options.

oh man, I did a search on home and that bug didn't appear.  Oh well, verifying
dupe. Thanks Asa.
