There are lots of goodies on http://bugzilla.glob.com.au/guides/windows/ ,
specifically the sendmail wrapper. Info on this, and a link could be added to
the OS specific docs

Same question here, guys; is this bug still needed now that bug 239852 has 
landed, and in light of the Bugzilla Windows Install Guide found at 
http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/win32install.html?
