Details

When alarms are acknowledged for events in a subscribed calendar, the updated
X-MOZILLA-LASTALARMACK property is not published to the server, therefore the
next time you refresh that calendar the events popup again.

The X-MOZILLA-LASTALARMACK property is indeed updated in the local .ics file.
