User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Occassionally when i open a Open Web Location dialog box, i am unable to make it 'close', either by clicking Open, Cancel or the close button in the top right corner. Further still, if i click on the "Choose File..." button, it display nothing in either the 'Look in' text field, as well as the area where the directory contents should be. clicking on the drop-down button next to the 'Look In' text field also shows nothing, and when I check on the "Show hidden files and directories', mozilla crashes without any error messages/warnings. the only way to close mozilla is to forcibly kill it via the kill command, or exploit the crash with the tick box under "Choose File..." Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Expected Results: It should have closed the dialog box and performed whatever action is associated with the button that was clicked on. This has happened often enough on my system, though ive never been able to reproduce it at will (i always open it up via the keyboard shortcut -which i reassigned to CTRL+O with the keyconfig extension- and sometimes i find that clicking open, cancel or the the X in the top right corner doesnt do anything). The definition of 'critical' under the severity fits this perfectly, given i am unable to bookmark any of the pages that are open when it occurs, and the browser itself is only closable either by causing the crash by ticking the "Show hidden files and directories" when choosing a file, or having to forcibly kill the mozilla process, though the bug only seems to occur occassionally.

When this happens, try opening the javascript console (tools->web dev), there will probably be an error there.
