Every time i use ctrl-klick on a link i can no longer use my scroll wheel to
scroll the page. The same happens when i rightklick an chooses open in new tab.

I use a logitech mouse with software revision 9.79.0.0.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. RIght-klicka a link choose open in new tab.
2. Try to scrol the page with the scroll wheel.


Actual Results:  
The page does not scroll until i left-klick the page once.

Expected Results:  
Scrolled the page.
