26610 - Import Utility- Crash trying to field Map twice

Using build 2000-02-02m14 on win98 and linux if you try to drag n drop a field 
in the left pane to a postion matching the right pane information, you will 
crash.  Note: drag n drop isn't working either, but that's a separate bug 26609.

1. Launch Messenger
2. Select Import Utility from the Tasks|Tools menu
3. Select Text
4. Select a .cvs or .txt or .tab file to import.  An field mapping window comes 
up.
5. In the mapping window select a field in the left pane and drag it up or down 
(it won't be successful so try it again)

Crashes when tried again.
There is a Talk back report, when I get the informtion I will put it in this 
report.

I haven't seen drag & drop crash.  I'll try it on all platforms and make sure it 
doesn't blow up.

Drag and drop no longer crashes on any platform.

Using build 2000-02-18-09 on win98, and 2000-02-18-08 on mac and linux this is 
fixed.  Verified
