I have switched to Thunderbird from Eudora, which I love, but two things are
driving me nuts.  The first is that there are ALL SORTS of bugs with
attachments, which I have checked and most of them are already filed. 

The second is that you cannot simply edit a message that someone sent you.  This
is a very nice feature of Eudora.  I get a LOT of mail and keep some of it in
folders.  Sometimes, though, I want to change a subject line, or edit the body
of the message.  

At the very least, make this a preference!
