Drop down menus in Mambo 4.5.0 (stable) no longer work with latest nightly
build. Clicking on a menu generates a long pause in the browser but the menu
will not drop down.

Such as changing an article access from Public to Registered or setting up the
configuration screens of an MOS component that require drop down menus.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Expected Results:
Previous builds allowed the menus to drop down properly.

Well, I notice I can't even drop down the menu in your buzilla reporting page
for "Severity". Clicking on the down arrow to show the availalble choices for
Severity just locks up Firefox for 5-10 seconds and no menu ever drops down.
Dup of Bug 264235
