The URL given up there contains a test for a very useful table drawing
algorith which was defined by the w3c standards for CSS. The style attribute
is called table-layout which is used to draw tables given a fixed width 
faster. Mozilla tried to draw something assigning that style attribute to the
table but failed to draw it. Seems like it is not implemented yet? If it is
implemented, then it must be a bug.

We support table-layout:fixed. In fact the UI uses it for trees. I am seeing 
problems with border-collapse:collapse which we also support but has bugs. The 
problem here could be a combination of things.
