User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1

With the extension Tabbrowser Preferences 0.6.13 installed, when opening
Tools -> Options -> General and there pressing the button 'Tab Options' in the box
Browser Tabs Options, I get an "XML error when processing external entity
reference location: chrome://tabprefs/content/pref-tabprefs.xul" in line 9,
column 1, where the element "%linksDTD;" (without the quotes) is marked in the
first column with the percent sign.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Firefox
2.Select Tools
3.Select Options
4.Press last button 'Tab Options'

Actual Results:
Error pop-up window (untitled) with the text as explained above.

Expected Results:
Showing a settings dialog or page for my preferences regarding tabbed browsing

Closing and reopening Firefox produces the same result.
Does it happen if the extension is removed/disabled?

If it doesn't, then this is an extension bug -- not a browser bug.
This is a bug in the tab prefs overlay. Not a firefox bug.
