When I print out a page that contains text inside <pre> HTML tags it fails to
properly render them.  Line feeds and carriage returns are ignored and the
entire text appears as one long paragraph separated by a single space where the
line feeds and carriage returns hould be.  This problem also appears in the
Print Preview area.
