User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1

Sample urls
http://beta.mytwu.com/firefoxBug/test4.html - stripped down version
http://beta.mytwu.com/firefoxBug/test3.html - 2 iframes

This problem only occurs with Firefox on Windows. It works with Firefox for
Macs, Safari, Windows Opera, Windows IE 6.

It seems the problem happens when combining the elements: iframe, CSS: hover,
CSS: float and javascript

The problem is that when you hover over the "Breadcrumbs" the iframes "lose"
their float status and appear for a fraction of a second in their unstyled
location.

I have included two different iframes to test with. However either one would
create the problem by iteself but I hope this allows you two different kind of
instances to work with (one iframe created with javascript and the other
created in the classic format)

In the CSS file
http://beta.mytwu.com/firefoxBug/style_screen2.css
Line #476 & Line #232 if you remove the float the error no longer occurs.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto http://beta.mytwu.com/firefoxBug/test4.html
2. Hover over 'Home'
3. Or type something into the textarea

Actual Results:
The iframe loses its position on the screen and appears to flash momentary
before regaining its proper position on the screen

Expected Results:
It should have remained unchanged
I can see the bug with Mozilla1.7.
But I can't see the bug anymore, using a trunk 1.8a build dated 2004-10-26.
Also based on your description on the cause, I believe this is fixed by the fix
for bug 238493.
