266223 - Update throbber url for 1.0

As of the 20041026 builds, browser.throbber.url is still pointing to
http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/start/ rather than either the bookmark
choice of http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/central.html or the startup
homepage of http://start.mozilla.org/firefox/?AB-CD&act=2

Particularly bad if you have JavaScript disabled, so you stay on
/products/firefox/start/ rather than redirecting, since that page proudly
announces Firefox 0.8.

Wrapping this into bug 266000. I don't know what the rational is for having two
different pages for the throbber and the default homepage.

Attachment: Patch #1: Change start page (and throbber url)

This changes all the http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/start/ links so
that they point to http://start.mozilla.org/firefox/ , which has a better
redirect and locale detection as well (I think). This complements the patch for
bug 266000.

I'm assuming that http://start.mozilla.org/firefox/ will be redirected to
http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/central.html (for en-US at least). Input
on how this will actually work out (and which links should point where) would be
appreciated.

Can you create a patch where: http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/central.html

is hardcoded as the throbber.url

Ben just did this and checked it in, in bug 266530.  This bug probably dups to
that one now.
