User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en) AppleWebKit/125.5 (KHTML, like Gecko) Safari/125.9
Build Identifier:

"Use theme" button is not present in "Themes" pref panel. Thus, you can navigate & preview themes in
the panel but can't set your choice. I've tried this in version 0.9 (of several months ago) and also in
latest nightly build. I've also tried this with all extensions removed--same results.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Tools menu > Themes
2. Preview and select the theme you'd like to use.
3. Look for "Use theme" button to set theme, and find it missing.
Actual Results:
None--couldn't complete step 3.

Expected Results:
Displayed "Use theme" button
As a note, the third button is the "Use Theme" button, at the bottom of that
window. If you have the currently-in-use theme selected, "Use Theme" will
obviously be greyed out. So that screenshot is pretty useless at the moment.
This is the third button in the themes manager, check with latest build please.
