In recent Mozilla builds it's impossible to turn on/off some columns. Moreover,
sometimes that couses Mozilla hangs and even crashes.

In particular, it is impossible to turn on "Order Received" column.

I've got a crash playing with the columns. TalkBack ID: TB1543344M

if you're concerned with the crash, that's bug 254527 and you should resolve this bug as a duplicate. if 
you care about the rest then you can leave this bug open.

This is most likely due to bug 261959 (column picker not working correctly on
gtk1 builds). If you disagree, please reopen, including the
configure arguments from "about:buildconfig" (type that into the url bar).

Note: the crash is bug 254527 as noted in comment #1
